Included in the festivities were five dynamic cultural villages including: Soul Food Festival Village, Festival Latino Village, Moon Festival Village, Native American Village, and International Festival Village. The International Festival Village celebrated and highlight people and cultures from around the world. Each village provided children's activities including plenty of fun, educational opportunities for children to explore the wonders of diversity. Several villages offered delicious international and ethnic foods, where festival-goers could purchase and taste foods from around the world. A varied line-up of musicians, dancers and performers enliven Bryan Park and delight the Expo audience.

The Expo Planning Committee communicate with cultural organizations via email in May and in early September, seeking groups to share aspects of their culture by hosting a booth and/or activities. A fee of $20 was charged for an informational booth, and a fee of $50 was charged for organizations that chose to sell items of service or artifacts at their booth. Fees are intended to help defray expo costs and are non-refundable.
