Chapter 4.30 HORSE-DRAWN VEHICLES FOR HIRE
4.30.150 Penalty.
Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or to suspension or revocation of the license. Each day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 83-53 § 1 (part), 1983).
