Each day that a condition or act in violation of this chapter remains or continues shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars but not more than five hundred dollars, to which shall be added the revocation of the license for any boat from which such violation occurs.
