Parking on Unimproved Surfaces Prohibited

The City of Bloomington will issue tickets to anyone parking a vehicle on any surface that is not either asphalt, concrete or gravel.

Parking on an unimproved surface (i.e. grass, dirt, etc.) can result in a $50 ticket. You can receive a ticket if only a portion of your vehicle's tires are on an unimproved surface (regardless of whether or not you're the landowner).

To avoid a ticket, please do not park on an unimproved surface.
