Cascades Park Upper 18 acres of park and 249 acres of golf course located on Kinser Pike on the northwest side of Bloomington.

Hours: Park is open from 5 a.m. - 11 p.m. daily.

Shelters: Lions Den shelter, a beautiful setting for any occasion! This accessible shelter can accommodate 100-120 people. Next to the Lions Den is a large accessible playground, plus adult- and child-sized picnic tables, electrical outlets and a grill. The Lion's Den Shelter rents for $60/day on weekdays, and $75/day on weekends and holidays. The shelter is reservable between April 1 and October 31. HISTORY
The first nine holes of the golf course were acquired in 1927. In 1929 holes 10-18 were added and the adjoining Lions Den property was acquired. The softball field was purchased in the spring of 1939. The Ridge Course, holes 19-27, was dedicated in June 2002.

DIRECTIONS
From College Mall: Take the 45/46 Bypass to Business 37 and turn right (north). Take Business 37 to Old 37 and turn left (west/south). Take Old 37 to Clubhouse Road, turn right (west) and follow it up into to the park. Find Upper Cascades Park
