Sponsorship and Exhibit Registration

Your group is invited to help sponsor and/or set up your exhibit at the 29th Annual Women's History Month Luncheon on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the Bloomington-Monroe County Convention Center. The doors open at 11:00 a.m. Please have your exhibit set up by no later than 11:15 p.m. We ask that you do not sell items at your exhibit. The program will begin at 12:15 p.m. and end at 1:30 p.m.

Your sponsorship will help the Commission on the Status of Women continue to coordinate the annual luncheon and to recognize women that have made outstanding contributions in our community. An exhibit allows you to share your message, product or service with others who share a concern for women's issues. Exhibits will be located around the periphery of the Convention Center or near the buffet serving lines to allow maximum interaction between guests and exhibitors.
