Position Description

Responsible for the overall operation and supervision of the Twin Lakes Sports Park concession operation. Trains and supervises staff on the service and preparation of food; maintains health and cleanliness standards for food service area and equipment through proper supervision of attendants and leaders; schedules staff; accounts for daily receipts; makes daily/nightly bank deposits; inventories concession products and supplies, operates cash register; purchases and orders food; performs some custodial duties; other tasks as assigned.


High school education or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Some college preferred.

Experience/Special Skills

Ability to supervise employees and provide sound customer service principles; knowledge of food service operations and equipment preferred. Experience in cash register operations required; previous restaurant and/or food service experience preferred.


Successful competion of First Aid and CPR certification required. Training available through Parks and Recreation Department if needed.


Games begin Sunday, April 6 and run through the end of October. Concession stand operates six (6) days per week during regular season play (Monday-Friday, 5:45-10 p.m. and Sundays, 1:30-5:30 p.m.) In addition, tournaments occur on some Saturdays throughout the summer months.

Supervisors can expect to work anywhere from 20-30 hours per week, possibly more when tournament play occurs on designated weekends.


$9.36 - $10.37 per hour
