Position Description

Responsible for the overall operation of the Twin Lakes Concession stand in the absence of the Concession Supervisor. Operates concession stand including the preparation and serving of food, general maintenance of the food service area, nightly equipment cleanup, operation of cash register, accounting of daily receipts, nightly deposit of monies, and other duties as required. Supervises concession attendants and reports directly to Concession Supervisor.

Education

High school education or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Experience/Special Skills

Ability to work with the public and knowledge of food service operations and equipment required. Experience with cash register operations required; previous restaurant and/or food service experience preferred.

Hours

Games begin in Mid-April and run through the end of October. Concession stand operates six (6) days per week during regular season play. (Monday-Friday, 5:45-10 p.m. and Sundays, 1:30-5:30 p.m.). In addition, tournaments occur on some Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer months.

Shift leaders can expect to work anywhere from 10-20 hours per week; possibly more when tournament play occurs on designated weekends.

Wage

$8.20 - $9.09 per hour
