About Open311

Open311 GeoReport v2 is an open standard for sharing non-emergency issues in public spaces. Common issues include potholes, broken streetlights, garbage, vandalism, and other problems that compromise public spaces and infrastructure.

Open311 GeoReporter for Android

Brief Description: GeoReporter is currently an iOS-only Open311 constituent reporting tool designed for general purpose use and to serve as an Open311 reference platform for testing Open311 endpoints. The GeoReporter app should work for any organization with an Open311 GeoReport v2 compliant server. GeoReport is iOS based. We are seeking a native version for Android platform or a multiplatform version that could supersede the iOS version.

Open311 Module for Kuali Mobility

Brief Description: The City of Bloomington intends to adopt Kuali Mobility as its enterprise mobile platform. We are seeking development of a Kuali Mobility module to provide Open311 constituent reporting against our Open311 API endpoint.
