Engineering Division Of Public Works
The City of Bloomington Engineering Division, a division of the Department of Public Works, provides Civil Engineering guidance to the Mayor, City departments, boards and commissions, and the general public. Our division oversees the planning, design, construction and maintenance of private and public works projects involving buildings, roads and storm drainage to insure adherence to the appropriate standards and guidelines.
