The City of Bloomington has established a new Neighborhood Services Team to enhance coordination and responsiveness to such issues. Our Team is made up of Neighborhood Liaisons from our Public Works, Parks & Recreation, Housing and Neighborhood Development, Planning, ITS, Utilities, Police and Fire Departments. We believe this new program will result in enhanced coordination between neighborhood residents and City services, and we are looking forward to your participation!
