Long Range Planning
The Long Range Planning Division prepares and implements strategic plans and programs that guide the growth and development of Bloomington. Staff is responsible for providing updates to the City's comprehensive plan, preparing neighborhood and sub-area plans, assisting with grant applications, collecting and analyzing data, overseeing census information, coordinating historic preservation activities and providing outreach to other local government units and Downtown Bloomington, Inc.
