Rent a ballfield or multipurpose field in a city park

Family Fun Walk/Run Series

Challenge family members of all ages to complete the Family Fun Walk/Run Series with Bloomington Parks nd Recreation this summer! Participate in one, two, or all three events in the seies - how many you do, and how fast or slowly you walk or run, is completely up to you. Other activities and refreshments are provided during the event, so plan to stay and have a great time with your family.

$5 per family member per event. For all ages.

Teaching Fitness Classes in City Parks

Instructors of fitness classes or personal trainers who charge clients a fee for their activities must obtain a special use permit (PDF 72.05 KB) to hold fitness classes in city parks. Wellness Coaching

Team up with a health and wellness coach to make 2017 your healthiest year yet! A health and wellness coach is a mentor who helps you set and reach your wellness goals. Think of wellness coaching as a workout for your brain, in the same way that personal training is exercise for your body. Wellness coaching can:

Tennis and Pickleball Courts in City Parks

Tennis courts at Winslow Sports Complex, Bryan Park, Southeast Park, Park Ridge East, Sherwood Oaks, and RCA Community Park are available for public use whenever courts are not being used by Bloomington Parks and Recreation. Pickleball courts are available at RCA Community Park.
