Volunteer with Bloomington Parks and Recreation

Volunteer logo

Whether it's helping kids at a special event or getting involved in environmental projects, volunteers are important. Volunteering as a student can build support for your resume or scholarship applications, and volunteering within a group or business emphasizes the importance and value of community to your customers. For more information on how you, your group or your business can become a volunteer, contact Nikki McEachern at mceachen@bloomington.in.gov.

All ages are encouraged to volunteer: Girl or Boy Scouts, Youth Extension Groups, church groups, etc. Days and times vary depending on program needs.

One person or 60 - we have volunteer opportunities for groups of every size.
