Wellness Coaching

Team up with a health and wellness coach to make 2017 your healthiest year yet! A health and wellness coach is a mentor who helps you set and reach your wellness goals. Think of wellness coaching as a workout for your brain, in the same way that personal training is exercise for your body. Wellness coaching can:

Yoga Hike

Combine the beauty of the great outdoors with invigorating yoga postures and you've got the perfect combination ... a Yoga Hike! Dress in comfortable clothes and shoes for a moderate hike around the scenic Leonard Springs trail. We will take breaks along the trail for yoga poses. All yoga postures will be completed standing. For ages 18 yrs. and up.
