The Parking Services Division is located at 206 S. Walnut Street the parking offices are located inside the 4th Street Parking garage. The office houses the entire parking services operation, parking customer service staff, parking enforcement officers, meter operations, and garage operations. We serve the community under the direction of the Public Works Department
The front office and lobby operational hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (except city observed holidays). All services are also provided online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Parking appeal questions please contact the City Clerk's office: The Clerk's office is located in City Hall, Suite 110 and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (except city observed holidays). They be reached at (812) 349-3408 or emailed at clerk@bloomington.in.gov Please note: All appeals must be done in writing. Appeals can not be done over the phone.
