This area was establish by an inter-local agreement between the City of Bloomington and Monroe County Government to establish an area outside the City limits where the City retained planning jurisdiction outside the City incorporated boundary. This area was replaced in 1997 by the Areas Intended for Annexation (AIFA) area.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
