Trash accumulating at the end of the driveway and blowing everywhere
Caller stated that this has not been mowed since the City had the property mowed 8 weeks ago. Caller stated that it would be cheaper for her not to mow her yard and wait until the city mowes it.
tall grass, poss. over occ., house is being advertized as 4 bedrooms.
Neighor of the above address states the property owner appears to have mental issues and is reclusive. However, the lawn has not been moved this year.
Citizen stated that in the 600 block of N. Smith Road in what use to be the old Ken-Lawn Garder Center that the grass has not been moved this season and the grass is high.
