There is a dumpster in the alley behind Burnham appartments. It has been repeatedly placed in the alley. This blocks the alley. The landlord has been notified and has said he will not do anything about it.
Beauty shop "HAIR JORDAN" has lots of trash behind the building. Animals have tore the bags open and trash and hair is everywhere.
THERE IS TRASH IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE SINCE MONDAY. IT WASN'T PICKED UP ON MONDAY BECAUSE THEY DON'T PUT STICKERS ON IT.
There are several bags of trash in the alley way of 412 S. Ballantine
THERE IS BAGS OF TRASH SITTING IN THE SIDE YARD. THERE IS ALSO TRASH THAT IS OUT OF THE BAGS.
Residents leaving trash cans on the sidewalk all the time. Ms. Craig is unsure who the trash cans belong to; possibly 1017 E. 1st St. or 1015 E. 1st St., which is a rental property (unregistered).
Illegal dumping (trash) in commercial dumpster behind K & S Country Market. Dumpster will not be emptied until Friday.
Owner of property at 528 S. Walnut ( Linda - Action Property Management) called to complain about the tenants. They are piling up trash on the side of the house because they refuse to place trash stickers on the bags. Owner has talked to them constantly regarding leaving trash bags piled up, but she can't seem to get them to cooperate. She feels that they should now be fined for leaving the trash bags.
At the rental house directly across the street from complainant, 1015 E. 1st. St., garbage cans and recycle bins have been left on the street since Monday.
