The corner of Broadmoor and East Oakland Avenue has had I don't know how many accidents mostly due to the bush on the South side of the intersection. If coming off Broadmoor you cannot see past the bush without putting your nose out into traffic on Oakland Avenue. This bush should eith be removed or trimmed way back so you can see oncoming traffic on East Oakland Avenue.

Last Friday, an IMI concrete truck dumped its load on Spicewood Lane. IMI did a poor job of cleaning it and left the gravel in the curb. The gravel is damaging the new surface of Spicewood Lane. The trees and bushes along schacht road need trimmed they are hanging over into the road and with the added traffic on this road because of Harrells closing accidents are sure to happen I've been run off the road twice
