Numerous junk vehicles at this location that meet the city code description of "abandoned" City code 15.04.020 section 6 - vehicles more than three years old that have not moved for 20 days that are in public view. They are not even registered! 2 of these vehicles are parked on unimproved surfaces - also this property is a junk yard.
They park on their lawn all the time. Proly have more people living there than what's legally allowed.

Every school day, multiple cars park along 2nd street in front of Binford school. Other cars are backed up from the parking lot. They block part of the street while doing this, and they make it dangerous to put onto the street and to drive through the area. Please do not allow them to park partially in the street or in areas that are not parking spots.
The owner of 408 S Mitchell now has created a couple of extra parking spaces in the yard on what used to be grass. Did they get a permit to do this?
