Good day,
One of our insured's employees slipped and fell in the parking lot of the Liberty Crossing shopping complex on January 24, 2018. The address is possibly 2088 Liberty Drive (our insured's employee was a visitor to the city and is not familiar with the area). We are having difficulty identifying the owner of this property. We would appreciate any assistance you are able to provide in regards to contact information for the property owner.
We look forward to your reply. Please refer to our claim number 1340054 on all communication.
Sincerely,

This car has been parked in front of 715 West 13th Street for over a week. Several of its tires are flat. It has not moved. Neighbors do not know whose car it is. It appears to have been abandoned here. Can you please tow it? It is right in front of my house where I usually park.

We received a Notice of Violation from HAND dated 03/13/2018 for 1207 N Dunn Street 47408 for scattered Litter for $50.00 Ticket# 39671. We would like to appeal the violation because of the following reasons:
1. My trash bins was in a closed container.
2. No trash or any litter in front of my house when I left for my trash container for pick-up by trash collectors.
3. My house is located along the street.
I tried to keep my house clean and tidy. Followed all city rules and regulations but cars and people walk along that areas may throw trash at anytime. This is beyond my control especially if I'm out for work or in school. I respectfully appeal to please do not sanction me on things I can't controlled.
Thank you,
Eme Factora

On March 16, we purchased the digital sets for both of the above referenced bids from the Repro Graphix ePlanroom. We are missing several documents like the Asbestos Assessments performed at the Site by Ogle and Associates, LLC in April 2017 and the Transformer Removal performed at the site by Fields Environmental, Inc. in April 2017. Please email these reports to me or provide a link directly to them.

Good afternoon,
I am with the Columbus City Utilities and we are shopping for new software. Our director, Keith Reeves, has always been a fan of Bloomington Utilities and we were wondering what software you use for customer accounts? How satisfied are you with it?
Thanks,

Dear Ms Carter,
Good Morning.
Thank you so much-I appreciate the help (Reference uReport Case #163754)
I talked to you on last Friday. You asked me about my problems and the same day sent help to (1) fix the wheels of the recycle bin and (2) to fix the mail box and attach it firmly to the stand (the base of the mailbox is broken but that's not creating any problems; moreover, it was a day of constant rain and there was no way to address that)
Overall, I am thankful and satisfied. Based on past experiences, getting something done at home has been a real hassle. So, the expectations were about long delay and repeated requests and so on. So, I really appreciate the courteous, prompt and professional service. And, as someone who has been a government employee throughout one's career (I have always taught in public universities), I also feel extra proud.
With sincere regards,
Arkadev
