A middle aged, heavy set white woman with short brown hair wearing a grey t shirt greeted me, then picked up a stone. I stared at her, and she did nothing more. I do fear that she would have thrown it at me had I not looked back.
Impervious surfaces covering too much of the property! There are terrible problems with run off due to paving, and this property is adding significantly to the problem.
This is an over-occupancy complaint. The house at 501 South Arbutus appears to be inhabited by more than three unrelated adults.
This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. The constant barking and howling of dogs keeps us from being able to sleep. We were tolerable up to a point, but the daily and nightly noise is just intolerable.
Is the setback and height of this shed (facing E First St) compliant with local code?
Trash in culvert in front of 403 S Mitchell St
There are many, many, many cats and a few dogs within a chain link fence on East First Street one block from the playground of Binford elementary. The yard reeks of cat urine and the dogs bark constantly. The small white dog is not made to be out in cold weather. He barks pitifully. These animals do not appear to be well cared for at all and are a nuisance to the neighborhood. Please, please do something about this.

These heaps of gravel can be found on E. Second, going towards the wooden foot bridge. I have no idea where they come from. However, next time there is a good downpour they will most likely be washed down the hill to the drain at the intersection of Eastside and the church parking lot, causing the intersection to flood.
