Abandoned Vehicle in the parking lot across from where I live. It has been there over a year. It has a license plate in the front driver's window near the VIN. The vehicle has not been moved. Vehicle has been here for days and is parked in a spot that obstructs view for southbound traffic on Fairview.

For BPD: reported multiple times. There is a run down RV parked at the end of N Gates Drive behind Kohls on the west side. Please address this. Looks creepy and people are definitely living in and out of it.

There is a red/maroon minivan with Indiana license plate number 4NIER. This vehicle has not moved in a few months and people are living in the vehicle. I have seen people exit it multiple times. They also leave the doors cracked or open for air flow. I don’t believe the vehicle runs at all.
