Upon exiting the CVS/Starbucks onto Highway 46. There needs to be signs indicating no left turn or that the road is one way.

As a resident on the east side of Bloomington, I often find myself on 10th street because it is a main artery through town. I've always wondered why there isn't a designated left turn lane with a left arrow traffic light to help the traffic flow at the intersection at 10th and Pete Ellis. The designated lanes are as follows. Left turn/Straight and a right turn lane. People who turn left aren't able to do so easily because it's a busy street and people who wait behind them are forced to try to re-enter the traffic flow because other cars decide to use the right turn lane to go straight. Unless I'm mistaken, creating your own lane of traffic is frowned upon, so I'm constantly frustrated by the fact that I sit patiently in the left/straight lane behind a car waiting to turn, and then as I'm entering the intersection, have to watch out (yielding to cars that have decided to go around the situation) to avoid getting sideswiped. Perhaps the city developers could look at this particular problem and re-designate the lanes or use resources to get a new light with a left turn arrow. I can't be the first person to have complained about the safety of this intersection.

The sign on College Mall Rd right before Hillside that says "Right lane must turn right" is totally obscured by foliage. Thanks for your attention to this.

I live on a dead end street (3928 W Geranium Ln) and we have cars come flying down our street thinking they can access the main road. There are children on this street and it is becoming an issue as the neighborhood has increased in size so much the past two years. Please consider installing a "Dead End" sign on this street! Thank you!

The construction on west side of town needs completed! People are moving and shopping elsewhere. I will avoid it, its a joke to spend an hour or more in traffic.

Really need double Yellow line down 10th St between Morton & Rogers. Drivers get confused at the parking lot entrances as to which way 10th St actually goes. With all the new students it is getting worse.

You guys could start planning out where your guises work zones are going to be throughout the city so you guys don't just have one main street taking you for one side of the highway to the other , But that's just me a citizen and that would make too much sense

Starting off, this is just a friendly message for maybe a future traffic improvement. west 3rd Ave. I total understand that road construction needs to be completed and delays can be expected. However, the traffic pattern on west 3rd over 37 is unacceptable. I live of Johnson Drive (a few blocks east of the intersection) and I can't even get home without be blocked by traffic for 25 to 30 minutes. The construction company seems to have enough paved space now to keep 2 east/west bound lanes open and keep the traffic flow going. They need to re strip the lanes and/or have police direct traffic. There are only 2 fully operational overpasses on 37 which would be fullerton way south or 46 up north squeezing all the traffic on to 2nd/3rd which are both restricted in lanes. As I said, delays can be expected with construction but the times are unacceptable.

IUPD has contacted the Facility Operations Control Center for the Bloomington Campus about stopping several vehicles going the wrong way on a one way street. The intersection that is causing the problem is 8th & Indiana, IUPD would like the area better marked with a Do Not Enter sign or better placement of current signs.
