There is one block of Ruby Ln (my block) with no sidewalk. Please consider converting the huge culvert that runs along the S side of Ruby from Nancy to High into a storm drain, and putting a sidewalk over the drain.
We need sidewalks on East 5th street in Green Acres. Students and other folks are always walking on the street. This is dangerous.
Page 3 of the Winslow Resurfacing project plan shows that multiple tree stumps along Winslow Road near the intersection of Allendaywere to be removed. The project shows as complete, but these stumps were not removed. Additionally, just East of the stump area the bushes along the fence are so overgrown that it makes it difficult to walk on the sidewalk in this area. Can they be trimmed back to the fence line so the sidewalk can be used? Thank you
Could the City install a sidewalk along the west side of Dunn between Cottage Grove and 12th Street? There are also a couple sections in that stretch where there isn't even a sidewalk on the east side of the street, and a lot of people walk down that street even though it is only one-way.
Just wanted to pass along my thanks for sidewalk repair in Blueridge. The company doing the work, Groomers, has done top notch and quality work on sidewalk repair. I’ve seen sidewalk repair that was sub par, but the work Groomers is doing is the best quality I’ve seen. I don’t know anyone who works for them but wanted to let you know these guys are doing a good job. Thanks
After the rain there appears to be a sinkhole/washout and collapsed sidewalk at the marked location, corner of robins bow and E Winston St.
Sidewalk on Smith is being encroached upon by undergrowth
We really need sidewalks on E 5th Street in Green acres. Many people walk on the street to IU.
Sidewalks needed on Walnut St. Pike between Winslow and Rhorer Rd. There are brief stretches of sidewalk on different sides of the road, forcing pedestrians to choose between making a dangerous street crossing to stay on a sidewalk or to walk in a ditch. Winslow and Rhorer are both pedestrian heavy areas. This issue will only get worse when the new subdivision is built.
There are several areas of crumbling sidewalks on South Laurel Ct. in Peppergrass. Many residents need a smooth walking surface due to use of walkers, etc. Dogs get pebbles in their paws, children cannot safely walk on these areas. These areas have been in need of repair for several years.
