The railing on the north side of the overpass between the B-line and College is damaged. Some of the uprights appear to have broken off and the fence is listing into the sidewalk. There have been spot repairs here before--I reported one last year. A spot repair would be good, but I suspect something more permanent needs to be done.

E 10th street is one of the main corridors for access to the university elementary school, whose district covers all the way to the campus view apartment. However, the hill on 10th street and the lack of a sidewalk nor a safe protected bike path make it almost impossible for students and families to access the school without a car. When students walk on this road, it looks perilous. A sidewalk and a protected bike path (not a painted gutter) would ensure the children's accessibility to the school, which can save a lot of money over the years (reducing the school bus operation)and remove a lot of traffic on 10th street (family driving kids to school).
There is no sidewalk for the church, bus stop, or any of the small businesses on the west side of S. Leonard Springs Road. This road is very busy and while one side of the road is paved, the other side is very dangerous. Please install sidewalks on the west side of S. Leonard Springs Road.

This path just west of Rogers Elementary is not a safe nor accessible route to school.
The intersection of Pete Ellis and 10th St is incredibly dangerous for pedestrians. There are no crosswalks or pedestrian signals. Those living in Fountain Park Apartments must cross the street to access the bus stop and have no safe way of doing so.
