The walk signal at 3rd and College on the Convention Center corner has a very weak DO NOT WALK signal. WALK is better but not normal. It's been like this for many months.

The WALK signal near the blue NAPA store at 3rd and Walnut is hard to see from the east because tree limbs around it are unmaintained.
We live on a one way street but there is only a one way sign on the main road entrance of the street. As a result of this, GPS navigation sends cars down the wrong way of the one way and this is incredibly dangerous. There needs to be a new sign put in on the other side of the street to stop this from happening.

Street sign is leaning. It got hit at some point last winter and has never been straightened.
The street sign on top of the stop sign at Ridgeview and S. Walnut has fallen over, needs repaired.
IU Grounds employee found a 25 speed limit sign by bus stop on Fee Ln. Just the sign, no post. The sign can be picked up at 2222 E. 10th Street. Thanks Jill.
Parking is prohibited on the south side of the street to prevent people from being blocked in. There are “no parking this side” signs posted on that side. The sign in front of 2301 N. Martha St. has disappeared (someone has removed it). The house is used as an AirBnb for up to 10 people so they sometimes have guests that park on the south side of the street and block me in (I live at the end of the street at 2305). I don’t know who took down the “No parking this side” sign, but could the city please replace it / put up a new one?
Regarding traffic light at 45/46 and Kinser Pike. When on 45/46 at that stoplight the left arrow only turns green and red and never turns a flashing yellow. I have sat at that light for awhile when no cars were coming but couldn’t turn cause it was red.
1 east-bound stop light is not working.
