The city blocked some section of the road off (presumably to slow traffic). Now there is just yard waste and old hay bails left in them. It looks trashy.

A residential Parking Sign is improperly inserted into the ground causing it to be slanted at a 30 degree angle. This is almost blocking my driveway and causing the roof of my car to scratch it. Can you please re-dig this sign in the ground so that it's' straight? The sign itself is not damaged, it's just not properly inserted into the ground. Thanks. Kent Rerko 910 S. Manor Rd. Why does Covenanter Road have 3 minutes of green light at 7 in the morning for 1 car when there are 40 cars lined up down College Mall Road both directions? it seems weird to have that long of a light for 1- 2 cars is excessive
