Apartment Trash Heap! Small apartments have had no dumpster or trash cans in place for over 10 days. The residents are piling up their trash in the area the trash bins used to be. The trash is blowing all over the neighborhood, all over the vacant lot, down the street, lots of trash blowing in my yard. These apartments have not had a trash area up to bloomington codes for several years. But this is ridiculous. Please make sure they pick up all the trash blowing. Thank you!!

The house next door to ours (currently vacant and for sale) has overgrown trees that are dead and falling down. Two cars have had either broken windows or mirrors, and all cars have sustained scratches from these trees. We are wondering what can be done to take the trees down. First of all, much thanks for the Community Kitchen Express location at the corner of 11th & Monroe Sts. One of the problems is the trash from the meals, littering the field across the street from this location, all the way down the alley that is parallel with Summit in between Summit and Monroe (it is hard to see all of the trash with snow on ground, so did not include pics). Also, at the corner of Summit & 11th St (parked on the east side of Summit) there are at least 2 trucks constantly parked there, FULL of trash (some in bags)- where there is often gentlemen 'scrapping' items for metal, etc. This trash overflows into the neighboring lot, through the neighborhood. Can Parks & Rec place several trash cans next to the Community Kitchen Express w signs asking those who use the service to PLEASE throw away trash, instead of throwing it on the ground? Picnic tables in the field would offer a place for them to sit & eat, & trash cans next to them would encourage them to dispose of trash properly! As for the "scrapper trucks"....I'm not sure they even live on this block- I've heard that they live in public housing (across the street) but have been kicked out of parking those vehicles there...???

The land lord (Pendragon Properties) will not remove the snow from the sidewalks and parking lot or lay salt down. This is not a surprise, as nothing was done last year either.

There has been a silver Honda Civic (license plate 4EZV951) that has not moved in over 6 months and has expired plates. This issue was reported at least 3 months ago and the car is still there. It is located across from 820 N. College Avenue. Thank you.

The street light on the corner of South Washington and Wylie (Northeast corner) is out. Without the light, the intersection is very dark and does not feel safe late at night. Please replace the bulb or fix the light. Thank you!

Very concerned about a tree on the parkway that is way overgrown and obstructs the view driving as you go around the bend, but also very dangerous for our children who ride bikes and scooter because cars cannot see them as they drive due to this tree. The family has done nothing to their home and will not trim the tree.
