Car illegally blocking bike lane on Lincoln just south of 3rd st (quarter block from police station)
Huge potholes littering 3 way stop intersection at S Welmir Dr going into 3rd St/Liberty. Big enough to risk damage to vehichles, causing cars to weave around them in an already too tight, too busy intersection.
I have a community tree that was planted a couple of years ago. I reported last year that I thought it was dead and someone came out and assessed it and put something around the trunk to protect it. It still looks dead and does not have new buds forming on it. Our neighbors across the street also had one planted and it is thriving and showing new growth. I believe the one on our property is dead. It is a Black Tulelo located at 1628 S. Troy Ct.
Possibly illegal yellow "College Movers and Junk Hauling" sign in the grass next to the road on N Pete Ellis Drive, going towards E John Hinkle, on the right hand side, across from the IU hot houses.
Who's running this city?? The parking ticket fees are outrageous...!!! $30 is a punitive money grab, not an appropriate parking ticket. If you want the stores downtown to stop shutting down, and you want visitors from out of town to enjoy this town as a tourist destination, stop charging exhorbitant fees to park and exhorbitant parking tickets if a meter goes slightly over time.... half the storefronts on the square are empty... maybe stop being penny wise and pound foolish, milking people who live here and want to shop downtown with outrageous parking tickets. I'm going to call the mayor's office about this as well.

In the back yard on 5th street is a grove of invasive species of Asian Honeysuckle and White mulberry. All plants are several feet tall. I contacted the property management company several months ago and they have not responded. This property is owned by an out of town company.
