I received a notice in the mail of an overdue parking citation. It had been issued on 6/20/24 and the notice said that I had failed to pay it within 14 days, so the fine was now doubled. However, I never saw the parking ticket on my car, and I never received any other notice that I had received a ticket. I do not think that this is a fair system, as parking tickets left on cars can be tampered with by other people. I have paid this parking ticket, but I'd like you to look into this policy and consider changing it so that there is some way to ensure that the person receiving a ticket actually sees it in time to pay it before it is doubled. The walk signal at 3rd and College on the Convention Center corner has a very weak DO NOT WALK signal. WALK is better but not normal. It's been like this for many months.

The WALK signal near the blue NAPA store at 3rd and Walnut is hard to see from the east because tree limbs around it are unmaintained.

Exposed Comcast cable running across walkway to Schmalz Farm Park.

A private limestone retaining wall has fallen on to a public sidewalk on Euclid street between west 2nd street and Howe street. The sidewalk is blocked and is a safety hazard. Someone could trip over the pile of stone and possibly file a lawsuit against the city. Also, the fallen wall has been there since January. Thanks, Chris.
