Owner of burned out house has erected a tent in the front yard encroaching on the road at a tight turn. It's a narrow street to begin with. House is a hazard, too. Trash and rodents piling up. There are small children living next door and lots of kids run around the neighborhood. I'm sure there are a million ways they can hurt themselves on this unsafe property.

You can drive by and see what is looks like now. When they rebuilt it they extended it almost all the way to the sidewalk, and lately it has been covered with a tent and the tenants use it to party outside in full view of everyone. This is ridiculous, but it is Brawley so it is not unexpected...
