This complaint was emailed to Nancy Axsom (in engineering dept.) from the customer to remove debris from storm sewer ditch. Nancy told customer he was on a list to have debris removed. She notified the customer by email of this and emailed me a copy of the emails.

she was left a notice that she thought was marked "no TV/monitor" She didn't have a TV or monitor out. She only had 2 cans of trash. If the notice was supposed to be marked "exceeds 35 gal. limit", her cans are 32 gal. She doesn't understand.

Recycling was not picked up Unknown if there was a non-collect notice left because she refused to check. There wasn't anything she did wrong.
