The broken limb is specifically situated at the intersection of Adams Street and 8th Street, where there is a significant amount of pedestrian traffic. The footpath visible in the attached picture is frequently used by pedestrians crossing from the sidewalk on Adams Street onto 8th Street. The presence of the broken tree limb in this area creates a potential safety hazard for pedestrians. Additionally, there is a slight concern that the broken limb obstructs the view of the Adams Street bridge for drivers turning right onto Adams Street from Fountain. This obstruction may affect the visibility of oncoming traffic, potentially leading to traffic incidents or delays. I kindly request that the relevant department of Bloomington takes immediate action to address this issue. It is crucial to ensure the safety of pedestrians and motorists in the area by removing the broken tree limb and conducting any necessary tree maintenance or inspection. A tree limb and vines around a couple of wires leading to a phone pole. The vines are pulling the wires down. I am on home dialysis and my supplies come on a semi every other week. The truck almost pulled them down, since they are so low. Acutally that whole south side of the tree needs cut back, the City normally does that but hasn't this year. Thank you for your time.
