Sidewalk on Northside of 14th Street. Just east of Madison Street. This is the South side of property at 312 West 14th Street. Maple tree planted too close to the sidewalk blocking half of the sidewalk. This is a brand new sidewalk that we just spent significant sum of money on. Please see to it that it is clear. Transportation plan insists that the sidewalk is clear of any and all obstructions.
Said walk on south side of 14th Street just east of Woodburn avenue. This is the north side of the property at 922 North Woodburn. Completely obstructed by Bush going from the side. Also, it's supposed to be a 5-ft wide sidewalk but the minimum clear area is 3 ft wide because the hillside has come down on the sidewalk. That was a mistake when the house was built. It should have been rectified then. But maybe it should be rectified now.

sidewalk on east side of college blocked by construction trailer just south of 11th st. 2:30pm monday. Project called "the bentley". Also whole sidewalk is in every kind of miserable condition - dirty, construction waste, construction blockades.
Just south of 11th Street on the west side of Rogers. The sidewalk is covered in mud and sand again. The barricades have been in place I think since Friday. The sidewalk has been in this state all weekend. It's a lot of clods. There's no driveway permit right? Can't we do something more enforcement oriented.
Side walk on the west side of Rogers just south of 11th Street. It is a temporary driveway for construction staging I think for parking garages. I don't know what to do. What do you want me to do? The walk has never been clear. There is always been sand. Today there is a quarter inch of sand. And those big rocks/barriers have been blocking the drive since Friday. So no cars have gone over it all weekend, but there has been sand left there all weekend also. Is this just how it's supposed to be? should I give up expecting a safe pedestrian environment for my children? I don't know what to do. Please tell me what to do. I can sweep it up and put it in a bucket if you need to demonstrate that there is a real volume of material -- I will probably be able to carry the bucket but I guarantee you it'll weigh several pounds. Sidewalk on West side of Rogers just south of 11th Street covered in sand gravel still. You know, I really can't tell if they aren't clearing it or if the dust situation in their driveway is so bad that it refills immediately but there is still sand on the sidewalk every single time I am there and it's not just a little bit of sand. my good humor about this situation really evaporated when my kid fell last week. Anyways now there's a tarp too.
