Your map that has street closing has a few errors. 1. Greylock lane is spelled with an e, and is not Graylock1. N Baugh Rd (off of Russell Rd) is now Serendipity. 3. Do you have any idea what the low rumbling noise is on the southside of Bloomington? It seems to be in the area of the strip of land that would run from Gordon Pike up towards the police training center along Walnut. It is dark out. These low rumbling noises -- almost like beating or shaking baking pans -- have been going on for hours. It is now 10pm and they are still happening. A lot of evenings they occur after dark for various amounts of time. What is that noise?

Referring to case #170992, the issues reported in that case are problems that I have also reported for the area of Oolitic Dr between the 800s and W. 11th St. Not only can the structure and design of N. Oolitic Dr not handle heavy construction equipment, but it can't handle the increased work traffic in general. Once the traffic increases exponentially due to the new apartments, it's going to become a true mess. We all ask that N. Oolitic Dr be reconstructed with sidewalks on both sides up against curbs, street lights, shared bike lane painting, crosswalk painting, fixed drainage at W. 12 St, new heavier duty road surface, and a little more respect and dignity given to our street and our Forest Homes Addition neighborhood. After all, this will only add to the appeal of Union at Crescent Point. Please pass both this and Tony Nunn's report to Adam Wason as well. Thank you.

2 of my tire car got slashed
We live a little over a mile due east (Sycamore Knolls neighborhood) of the Bloomington South football field, and yet we can hear their PA system from inside our house with all the doors and windows closed. This has happened on multiple occurrences now over the past month or so. Do they need to operating so loudly? If not, can they be please be advised to lower their volume?
I tried to submit this report on 10/30/2019, but I am not sure that it went through. On the morning of 10/30/2019, a City of Bloomington pickup truck ran a red light in front of me at the intersection of 3rd and Indiana. The incident was captured on my dash cam. I have uploaded the video to this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJm5JdMn2Hk&feature=youtu.be I debated about whether to report this or not, but as someone that works in public safety, I decided it was important to report. After running the light, the person stopped at a gas pump at the Circle K station and presumably bought gas. So there should be a corresponding gas receipt. The video has the date and time stamp for your reference.
The BHSS football games are absurdly loud. We should not have to hear their announcements indoors with the windows closed from over a mile away.
I would like to see the city keep an online record of the restaurant inspections. It is a valuable service we taxpayers pay for. It couldn't be too difficult to accomplish.
