Huge pile of leaves blocking part of the street, leaves have been there for almost two weeks. With it snowing yesterday, it made it extremely hard to even get around this pile, I can only foresee this getting worse. it is also almost completely blocking the sidewalk.
We left our trash and recycling out for pick up, but once we went to check it the morning after our recycling bin was gone.

The garbage pick-up guys broke our garbage can over a week ago as it was being dumped and took it away when they picked up the garbage. We still don't have a replacement can so my tenants were unable to get rid of their weeks worth of trash on pick-up day today. Can you PLEASE bring a new garbage can!!! There are two apartments in this house so we need the same large can. THIS IS MY SECOND REQUEST. THANK YOU!!!!
Our recycling bin has a partially broken handle/lid. Also, it's the largest size available, but we have recently had 1 family member die and another move, so we can move down a size if that's possible. Thanks.
Our trash cart was not fully emptied at pickup yesterday -- there is still a bag of trash in the cart (it is not jammed or otherwise stuck, it can move easily). This means our cart is already half full at the beginning of the week.
I scheduled for the city of bloomington to pick up a large haul off item and was charged for it but they did not pick it up.
There has been an abandoned cloth-upholstered couch degrading in the front lawn of 1208 S Woodlawn Ave for several weeks. There seems to be no indication of an intention to remove the couch any time soon. The couch may be attracting nuisance wildlife and be a source of mold, etc as it is directly exposed to the elements. The couch is also visibly a trash-waste item and it needs to be either placed inside the home or removed from the property instead of being placed on the side of the road for weeks.

Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans.
