Frank Marshalek walks his large dog off leash through the neighborhood every single day. The dog goes onto people's property, including my porch, and also approaches other dogs. I am terrified of dogs and request someone address this, as he has refused to do so when asked.

Neighbor's cat is coming across the street and hunting songbirds in my fenced backyard. Neighbor's name is Jennifer and she lives at 802 W 7th, Apartment 1. I have spoken to her three times about her cat. I live at 720 W 7th. I have a fish pond in my backyard and her cat poses a hazard to my fish as well as the songbirds in my yard. It is also making a toilet of my garden.
