I have been trying to pay our bill which is due on the 26th. I have been putting in all the correct information and I keep getting this prompt even though I’ve put in all the correct information. I’m wondering if your utilities website is down and we will be able to pay our bill tomorrow. This prompt doesn’t tell me what information I am missing. I tried submitting this information without my name or company name filled out and I was promoted to fill out my name or company name. I did this and was promoted with the same description shown in this picture. I have all the correct information filled out so I am unsure what is wrong and I hope we are not charged for submitting this information late. Please let me know what is wrong.
Is the Wastewater Usage charge of $46.56 a new item or an error? If error, will the overpayment be credited on the next billing cycle?
I tried to log into my COB account so I could pay my utility bill that is due on Tuesday (11/26/2019) and when I entered my account information and pressed login it presented the dialogue in the picture that is attached to this message. I just got a bill for well over one thousand dollars., It is just not possible that I used that much water. How do I challenge this bill?

I wish that on the online billing for water/sewer bills you could set it up to allow you in advance to pick the date to pay your bill like other companies do like Vectren and Duke. At this time if you want to pay your bill on the due date you have to wait til the due date to pay it. Very inconvenient. I like going on line and set up manually when to pay my bills but can't do this with Bloomington utilities.
I have not received a bill for this month as of yet.
