Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. The current Bloomington app does not have a section for reporting on/about the BPD. Thanks for responding so quickly to my last report. I have been doing my best to spread the word. This app is a great idea.

before the site redesign, i remember it being easier to tell the city council meetings from the committee of the whole meetings. now both in the calendar and in the agendas page, they are both just "Common Council Meeting." also, the calendar entry for upcoming meetings should have a link to the agenda/packet, since the upcoming calendar days are prominently displayed. also, maybe the agenda/meetings page should be sorted by descending date, and not have a bunch of blank entries for meetings without documents yet? basically, in order to see the agenda we shouldn't have to go to a page and then scroll halfway down it to today's date. and we certainly shouldn't have to download the whole agenda to see if it's a committee of the whole meeting. anyways, thanks!
