So the 4th St. garage barrage has yet to stop. Here I am standing atop this structure, howling at the moon like any feral Indiana Kat does, and I see the ease with which someone could make themselves flat as a pancake here in this town I love. trash needs picked up all along coutry club drive. been that way for a long while. its been reported a few times, but never has been lookied into. thx
