Traffic backs up all the way to fourth street and beyond as many people try to turn left onto East Third Street. Sometimes you can sit there for 10+ minutes if someone is attempting to turn left. Please consider making that stop sign a “No Left Turn” sign as well. There is a stop light just a block east that people can use to make the left turn onto East 3rd.

There are a couple intersections around where I live that 100% need to be four way stops. It is incredibly scary trying to creep up and look for cars that could be coming because it is impossible to see them without being practically in the middle of the road. The biggest problem areas are on Smith Ave and E University St. For a more detailed location I would be willing to take some pictures once I get a response.

Ridgefield IV neighborhood Bob Shaw is the developer. Bob tore out sidewalks august 2022 without city’s permission. Almost 2 yrs later and still no sidewalks. 3 residents with disabilities(one uses a scooter) along with multiple children in neighborhood. We need accessible sidewalks and for the city to go after Bob Shaw!

Unevenness in paving acts as a *huge* pothole needs to be fixed asap. On west side of Kinser/rogers right by NAPA store. Cars hit it right before crossing the intersection of Rogers/17th going South on the right side tires

On the corner of Covenanter and high on the right as you’re heading south on high there’s a dangerous drop off into a rocky drainage area that needs to have a guardrail or some type of protection. The road lists in the direction of the drop off and at some point fire and rescue is going to have to fish a car out of the drop off. Not sure how this was allowed to be built without a guardrail. It may be the biggest pothole in the city.

There is a massive trench across the full width of N Oolitic Drive. It has gotten terrible and I fear is a safety risk. It has been there since at least August 2023.

Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. AEG is installing fiber in my neighborhood and they have been putting their heavy trucks and boring machine on the sidewalk. The sidewalk from 14th to 17th on the west side of Rogers was already all cracked up from age but this is the straw that breaks the camels back. It is definitely much worse than it was a week ago, over almost the entire length. I want to make sure the homeowners aren't held responsible for this damage. It would have lasted years more without heavy trucks on it but now its decidedly concave and will almost certainly start giving up big chunks in the next winter.
