I reside at Cambridge Square Apartments bldg303 Apartment 313. The manager Diane Cook repeatedly violates the lease with myself and several owner residents current and former. She is required to give 48 hours notice before entering. She does not and or enters 2 days after in some instances!

Neighbor (pavillion properties) leaves the gravel pit unattended and the trash is overflowing, there is waste and needles all over the lot. There is now a mattress where homeless are sleeping. It is creating risk for clients and staff. He should be penalized for not maintaining the property.
Pavillion Properties owns the empty parking lot to the north of us. It always collects trash, needles, etc. No one cleans it up and its reflecting on our business (Vanished Aesthetics and Contouring) next door. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I am curious if Bloomington has a service where I can report a rental company that does not act in accordance with state laws (no notice for rental showings) and public health regulations (my septic tank leaks into my back yard and they won't fix it).
