Park Ridge West on Longview: He was there last night, the security light is out. Also, there really needs to be 2 lights there instead of 1, without it, it is really dark. Needs the light ASAP.

re: Lower Cascades Ball Fields. Lower Cascades has piles of leaves and debris at ball fields. There is a very strong smell like "rotten olives" coming from these piles. Caller has called police in reference to illegal dumping. He is very concerned about this illegal dumping. The odor is very strong from parking lot to intersection. PLEASE CALL BACK!

Rails to Trails: there is barbed wire in a patch of trees. She was walking around dusk and walked into it. Had to get 6 stitches. Is in the Sommersby neighborhood. (It sounds like there is a small path that leads from Sommersby to the main trail. This is where she encountered the barbed wire. This may not actually be a "real" path.)
