The bus stop “landing pad” outside of our entrance on East Second Street needs to be replaced with perhaps concrete instead of the current asphalt. The asphalt is crumbling and ground is being pushed up and over the curb as a result. It’s a muddy mess and unsightly.
The condition of the street has deteriorated a great deal since the photo in the report was taken. The asphalt is gone and the mud in now over the curb and onto the grass.

The newly paved section in Third street is subsiding. I think this was for the sewer hookup at the new apartment building at Third and Grant. There is a hole forming at the corner of Third and Lincoln.
