Westbound vehicles on Dodds St. are driving through Indiana Auto's parking lot to turn southbound onto Walnut St. The owner is concerned that customers might be injured by one of these vehicles. The owner is also concerned by vehicles traveling too fast through the East-West alley south of this property and that someone might be injured and requested that the alley be closed.

Mitchell stated that there is only one "No Parking" sign located in front of 1400 (the south side of street). The street is very narrow and traffic should not be allowed on both sides. The house to the south of 1402 is possibly a rental and vehicles are parking on the north side causing a dangerous situation. Could there be "No Parking" on the north side also.
