The pedestrian blinking light for the trail on Country Club Drive between Walnut and Rogers is stuck on. I went through it twice between 7:45pm and 8:15pm on Sunday 10/21, and it was still on.
Water runoff is still an issue. I have reported this before and it is causing damage to my yard and basement. This area really needs a sidewalk or curb with storm drains.
I live near the Broadview Park and I am concerned about issues with my neighbors. The neighbor at 705 W Graham is hoarding trash on their front lawn. This includes a rusty boat that hasn't moved or been touched in months. Other trash includes all of the rusty and moldy garbage that came with the boat. I am also concerned about 707 W Graham as they have quite a bit of scrap in the back yard. They park their trailer in the far back yard amongst scrap and rusty garbage. I noticed quite a bit of bugs that are a problem for my children and pets. Both of these homes contain residents that frequently litter, scream at each other, and have very unkempt yards that cause cascading issues with other homes in the area. Hi, I'd like to report a sewer problem. There is a steady stream of water flowing out of a manhole. It leaks across the sidewalk and then onto Rogers where it flows into the storm sewer drain. It's on the northeast corner at the intersection of South Rogers and Coolidge. I just wanted to alert the utilities department about the issue. Thanks.
The house at 2615 Rockport looks abandoned. Construction/repairs was being done on it but a large branch fell into the house in the back and now has a large hole in the roof. I'm concerned that the house has fallen into neglect and is now abandoned. Would the city please look into it and let me know what is going on with it? -Lucas
I want to start this by saying, I will vote against every single person currently sitting in our local government come next election. I live on the south side and this construction has turned my 15 minute commute into a 40 minute commute. Just to get to the west side of town! None of your projects were planned with ANY consideration of each other. You finish the tapp overpass just to close tapp/rockport and block all access to the overpass. BULL! And now you're closing Grimes for the next 2 months. How do you expect anyone to access Rogers? Do you expect me to drive 4 miles north from my home just to turn west? I am ashamed of every single one of you. You have zero idea on how to plan and coordinate these projects. And to finish, every one I know will also be voting against you next election. This was the nail in the coffin. Absolutely no sense in this whatsoever
Vehicle blockers broken on Ralston b-line spur on Ralston at both Madison and Bryan streets. Also there is still ice and snow on the b-line spur in the same location.
abandon residence entered by homeless, no electricity, water, heat graffiti on exterior of building. unable to find current owner via Monroe county GIS to request clean up and to secure building doors and windows broken into i am sure that soon it will become a health issue it already is a eye sore to to the area, now that it has been tagged by graffiti it is a open invitation to vandals to spread throughout the area i would like to request that the owners be required to clean up the area
Residents have multiple cars and trucks parked across the full width of the sidewalk bordering their house. This extends beyond any staging or load-up for their food truck, and is a regular parking spot for their SUV, sedan, and guests. I reported this issue via "Blocked Sidewalk", and as a Broadview neighborhood officer I would appreciate a direct update on communication to these neighbors. Thanks so much.
Residents at 2526 S Rogers St Bloomington, In 47403 have at least 2 of their 4+ cars and trucks consistently parked fully on the sidewalk that borders their property on Ralston. They're essentially using this sidewalk as a parking lot / repair area for their vehicles. This is not a temporary occurrence but something that is observed on a daily basis for many months.
