As rain come downhill on the street, it sometimes overwhelms our drainage tunnel. Over the years this created a line of crumble in Pickwick, in the last two years this has become a serious hazard for bicycles, pedestrians and not too good for our cars. Is there a chance we could get some blacktop put down on this? I'll be taking bids to resurface my driveway this summer, and it would be best if the street was repaired before this work gets done. 2 motorhomes parked on private property driveway, along with 5 automobiles. Motorhomes are being used as living quarters, and extra storage of materials and household items. This violates Code 20.5.065. Outside storage Standards - storage and parking of vehicles. Stored or parked vehicles, shall not be used for other purposes, including living quarters and storage of materials.

The Police Department received a complaint that the sidewalks along Covenanter Dr and Nota Dr are snow/ice covered and very dangerous. Complainant advised that this needs to be address with homeowners in the neighborhood.

Want to report that the main for the irrigation system at Windermere Woods is leaking (corner of Covenanter/College Mall Rd.) Can someone please inspect this? This runs on a City meter.
