The Madison Park HOA would like to request that this tree, and the nearby tree stump from previously cut tree, are both removed. This is located in between the HOA property and the street, next the southwest building. We had a tree removal contractor assess this area and inform us that the tree is dying and needs to be removed. I believe this is the only tree left in this area, and we have been previously informed that these trees are owned by the City, not the HOA. There is a lot of trash in the side yard of the house, like 10-20 bags of trash, furniture, and other items. It seems problematic for attracting rodents and critters. It smells and it’s probably an issue for neighbors. It seems like they need some help getting this removed.
